Technic Modpack Installation Guide

Step 1: You will need the Technic launcher which can be found here: https://www.technicpack.net/download

Step 2: You can install our modpack here: https://www.technicpack.net/modpack/pixelmon-513-pro.1072839

- You can also search for "Mythical Cobblemon" on technic under "MODPACKS"

Step 3: You will want to go into "Launcher Options" then over to "Java Settings". This is where you will select your "Memory." Anything between 4GB-8GB will suffice.

-If you are unable to adjust the "Memory" past 1GB, you will need to install a different Java version. Java 17 or higher 64-bit will work. You can find that here: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk17-archive-downloads.html

Step 4: Once you have all of that taken care of you can hit play! The public server should be listed as the first available one under "Multiplayer"

My game crashes when I try to play

Make sure to check how much memory you have.
- Launcher Options --> Java Settings --> Memory

You will want this set from 4 GB to 8 GB. You never want to use more then 1/3rd of your total amount available.

If you are unable to change it then you have an incorrect Java Version. You will need Java 17 x64 bit or higher. You can find that with this link: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/jdk17-archive-downloads.html

When I try to join the server it says mismatched mods

We update our modpack pretty frequently. Make sure you are on the latest version. Closing out of Technic and relaunching usally prompts you for the update.
